How to Troubleshoot Bot not Assigning Role

Why is the bot not assigning roles?

For BOT to function and assign roles properly:

1. The BOT must be above any of the role it will be assigning.

In Discord, navigate to server settings > roles drag the BOT above the roles it will be assigning.

2. Ensure users properly authenticate with social connector (Link Discord and Wallet).

3. Members who joined the server before the BOT can refresh their role(s) by using the join command.

4. If the Bot delay before assigning a role, users can trigger the bot by typing in the join command, admin can also send the ujoin @username command.
